Location and Meeting Point

Participants arrive independently on Sunday. Gaeta is conveniently located at less than 2 hours train ride from both Rome and Naples.
Check-in instructions and travel information will be provided before arrival.

The programme begins on Monday morning and includes 7 nights, with departure on the following Sunday.

What to Expect:

- **Discover a different side of Italy.** Experience Gaeta in the quieter, off-season months, away from mainstream tourism, and discover the rhythms, traditions and hidden corners of everyday life. - **Explore on foot.** Walking is one of the best ways to truly discover a place. As a licensed trekking guide, I'll take you beyond the usual routes, exploring the landscape and places you might otherwise miss. Expect active days and a spirit of adventure! - **Travel consciously.** Be curious, respectful and mindful of the place you visit. From respecting local customs to reducing waste, we'll pay attention to the small everyday choices that make travel more responsible. - **Get Italian out of the textbook.** Use what you know in real-life situations, start conversations, make mistakes, discover new expressions and gradually feel more confident communicating spontaneously. - **Share the experience.** Meet people from different backgrounds, exchange ideas and enjoy the simple pleasure of discovering a place together. Italian Dip is about slowing down, getting involved and being open to the unexpected — not just seeing a place, but experiencing it from within.

Important Information:

**Italian level** Already speak a little Italian? You can join directly if your level is sufficient to participate in lessons and activities. Beginners can prepare with my optional **3-month online A1.1 course**, sold separately at a special combined price when booked with Italian Dip. Not sure about your level? Get in touch. **Group size** A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 participants. **Accommodation** The package includes a private room, private bathroom and breakfast in a welcoming, centrally located B&B. Partners or family members may join for an additional fee, subject to availability. You can also arrange your own accommodation. **Activities** The programme balances lessons, guided experiences and free time. Some outdoor activities may involve uneven terrain and walking in the sun.
